IC Cash Services GmbH is looking for In2Retail for a Financial Controller who will help (32-40 hours/week) to take our finance team to the next level. We are happy to give you the scope to optimize the processes.

Your responsibilities

• checking, account assignment and posting all transactions
• setting up accounts receivable and accounts payable
• posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• processing travel and credit card invoices
• maintaining and clarifying the open item lists
• You are a contact person for outsourced activities within the financial area
• You will support the digitalization and optimization of finance processes
• You are a sparring partner of the management

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and annual financial statements
• Travelling is mandatory as approx. 50% of your time will be spent in Munich and 50% in Amsterdam
• Affinity with reporting, process optimization and digitalization
• Extensive experience with Excel and MS Office Products, Power BI or SQL desirable Supportive: Experience with Exact Online
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in fluent German, Dutch and English (written and spoken)
